Your start at SpiraTec Italia
A heartfelt welcome to SpiraTec Italia!
There are a few points which are essential for your start at our company in order to ensure that your first few days at our company are successful and that you are able to integrate well in the long term. For example, we are always “on a first-name basis” from day one – from the Executive Board to the trainees and apprentices.
Your first day at work
When you start at SpiraTec Italia, you will first receive your modern equipment and a welcome package. You will get to know your team, be shown current projects and be given an overview of the tools and systems we use.
Buddy program
In addition to your manager, you will be supported during your induction by a “buddy”, who will act as your personal contact and provide advice and assistance. Your buddy will help you find your way around the company, give you tips for your day-to-day work and is there to answer any questions you may not want to ask right away.
Onboarding@SpiraTec
Our Onboarding@SpiraTec Italia takes place during your first three months of work. Here you will receive all the important information you need to get started at SpiraTec Italia.
Training-on-the-job
You gain the most experience and the highest learning curve in practice. That’s why you will be involved in projects and practical topics at an early stage. This is combined with interdisciplinary training and the necessary technical training to build up further knowledge for your personal and professional development.
Welcome@SpiraTec Italia
The Welcome@SpiraTec Italia also takes place in the first year at SpiraTec Italia. This event which is being held at the SpiraTec Group headquarter in Speyer, Germany gives our new employees a good overview of the internal organization and processes, locations, divisions, values and vision of SpiraTec Group, as well as many other exciting insights. At this event, new employees from all areas, locations and entry levels come together so that an exciting exchange with other new colleagues can take place and you can build up an initial network beyond your own team
Feedback
A regular exchange between managers and employees is the basis for optimal induction and good long-term cooperation. Especially in the first six months of your employment, an intensive exchange is very important for us and is supplemented by targeted feedback rounds.
